Matter Square LLC (“Matter Square,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) developed ASR Studio (the “App”) to let musicians configure and use the ASR Device described at https://mattersquared.com. We respect your privacy and have designed the App so that no personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted.


1. Information We Collect

We collect no data. The App runs entirely on your device and does not request, store, or transmit information that can identify you, your device, or your usage patterns.

The App contains no analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, cookies, or other tracking technologies.

2. Children’s Privacy

ASR Studio is intended for violinists and violists of all ages, which may include users under 13. Because the App collects no personal data, it complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws worldwide. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email info@mattersquared.com so we can investigate, although our systems are designed not to receive such data.

3. Local Device Permissions

The App may ask for microphone access to process audio in real time. All processing stays on the device; no audio is transmitted to Matter Square or any third party.

4. Security

Although the App sends no personal data, we follow industry-standard secure-coding practices to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or tampering with the App.

5. International Transfers

No personal information is processed or transferred outside your device; this section is therefore not applicable.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If future versions of the App begin collecting data, we will update this Privacy Policy within the App and on our website, changing the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
