Matter Squared — Return & Warranty Policy

Returns

Because each ASR is hand-assembled, serialized, and contains a lithium polymer battery, returns are accepted only for completely unopened items in original condition within 15 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If your ASR arrives defective or damaged, we'll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Warranty

The ASR is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from drops, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your ASR has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@mattersquared.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll evaluate the claim and, if approved, replace the unit at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
