Refund policy

14-Day Trial Returns

Try the ASR with your own instrument and setup. If it's not right for you, initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, then ship it back within 5 days. Returns must be in like-new condition with all included items (charging cable, grippers, carrying bag). For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If your ASR arrives defective or damaged, we'll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to issue a partial refund, for any unit returned damaged, excessively worn, modified, missing included items, or outside the 14-day window.

Warranty

The ASR is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from drops, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your ASR has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@mattersquared.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll evaluate the claim and, if approved, replace the unit at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it arrives damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
