Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your order ships. Signature confirmation is required for all orders.
Shipping Method & Destinations
Shipments within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including AK, HI, PR, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional transit time may apply for remote destinations.
International Orders
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Customers have the option to prepay duties and VAT at checkout to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, carrier delays or customs processing times are outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@mattersquared.com and we'll assist with a carrier claim.
